This application of AR is useful to bridge the real and digital worlds. Newspaper and article clippings are collected in a portfolio, along with the AR marker, digital objects are 'collected' and placed together with related articles.
A useful reader will be to use a large (21"?) transparent 'silk screen' placed between the reader and the book. the silk screen provides the digital elemennt while the reader views the portfolio through the screen.
